When given just the right amount of typically scarce rainfall, many desert flowers will bloom at least once a year. Cacti and succulents are able to store water, so most of their flowers don't require rainfall to bloom. Even in the most unexpected places, Mother Nature prevails and gifts the world with beautiful blooms to admire.
