These fabulous Silver and Paste Stone earrings are Art Deco, Circa 1930.
Art Deco represents the style of the decorative arts popular between the two wars. The style was huge in the 1920’s and produced glamorous, colourful jewellery pieces that incapsulated the famously flamboyant period.
Each earring is adorned with a large, sparkling white Paste Stone, claw set in a Silver gallery.
Paste is a heavy, transparent flint glass that simulates the fire and brilliance of gemstones. White Pastes sparkle just like Diamonds and take expert craftsmanship to capture their beauty.
The earrings are displayed on Silver shepherd hook wires and show beautiful workmanship throughout.
These are a fabulous pair of earrings, perfect for a wedding or special occasion!
