A sweet antique Victorian bar brooch from the late 19^th Century fashioned in 15ct gold and topped with entwined hearts, a bow and bright natural seed pearls. 

Entwined hearts symbolise the coming together of two people, united by their love for one another. They’re often topped with a bow to represent their unbreakable bond, or that the pair have married and officially “tied the knot”. 

It’s been beautifully preserved and would make a perfect gift for a loved one, complete with its original antique box with green velvet interior and the maker’s insignia “E. Johnson & Son Ltd” signed under the lid.
